Multiple wood rot repairs needed to pass WDO inspection required for sale of the home. This repair was located on the garage door frame.
Wood rot repairs called out on WDO inspection.
Replaced section of damaged drywall and wood rot.
Replaced door with wall, replaced ceiling fans, replaced under cabinet lights, fixed leaking shower head, installed light fixture, adjusted downspout for gutter system.
Replaced guts in toilet and other misc repairs.
Replaced exterior outlet/cover and other miscellaneous repairs.
Painted the front door, replaced blinds and vertical blinds for property management company.
Routine inspection repairs for PM company. Touched up paint, replaced switch covers, replaced bulbs, replaced batteries in smoke detectors and replaced blinds.
Touched up the walls and painted the AC return grill, reattached gate on the side of the house.
