Yes, they are always expensive, but when you receive fast, efficient, professional service it doesn't hurt quite so bad. Eric has helped us before with a plumbing problem and I will call him again if the need arises. When you know things will be done right and with a pleasant attitude, you call them back!

I like Eric very much and I appreciated him coming out on a Saturday morning to diagnose the pressure drop. I provided the pressure regulator to install and he did a great job installing it for sure. Pressure has been great. It took him an hour to do the diagnosis and repair for a total of $438.83 (with member discount). However the downstairs Toto toilet was never checked and it is still not flushing with enough pressure. It was mentioned in the original complaint. Don't know if it is the handle or some other part of toilet. I am not willing to pay any more however since I felt I was way overcharged for the service.
