No automatic oil delivery for a year

Discovered, with my Modern Comfort service people, that the reason I had no heat during the last cold snap was because my oil tank was completely empty! I hadn’t noticed anything because we had a mild year weather-wise. Asked your person what happened, and she couldn’t explain why this happened. Obviously I won’t rely on your company sending reminders from now on.
