2 scheduled maintenance appts in 2 months. Both cancelled. Now into the 3rd appt and the 3rd month. Reason: everyone's sick. Masks & vaccinations make for a healthy work crew that can provide the service as promised. But I'm told if our heating system breaks down in the interim they'll get us someone asap. Small consolation.

I asked about this when I signed up for automated service but yall don’t provide any notice that you’re going to come out, no day of, week of range. Anything. Which feels silly if I could save yall a trip and me a delivery charge. Your prediction mechanism for when oil should come can be fine but I did run out last year and this last fill up was for only 7/275 gallons. It doesn’t account for seasonable changes in internal set temperature which is why it would be useful if we received a rough notice so I could say “hey, we’re still at 7/8th of a tank you don’t need to come out now”. Your drivers are always lovely and so is your customer support folks. Just mentioning an issue with your system.

Immediate action by Tevis when we ran out of oil for one of our furnaces. Scott delivered the oil and restarted our boiler; ultimate professional and really nice guy. Tevis acknowledged that they miscalculated our auto refill need and credited our account with $50. Happy Customer!
