Before I switched to Tevis, I used a very well-known combining, and had them on, automatic, delivery and payment. During that time, I went out of town in the winter, and they forgot twice to deliver the oil. When I got home, my pipes burst. I switched to Tevis and have been extremely happy with their their constant monitoring and delivery. I would recommend them.

Technician came and cleaned the furnace. I explained to him that the upstairs zone last year and currently was not receiving heat. I also told him that the technician from last year told me the water pressure in the upstairs zone was low. This technician checked all Tako valves , and all the pipes were warm/hot when he left. He failed to check the Expansion tank. the next day there was no heat in the upstairs zone. I was busy and it took me about a week to call back so I placed a complaint and modern Comfort sent out a service call tech. The first thing he checked was expansion tank, which had water in it. so that must be the problem all along. Why did I have to pay for an extra service call?

I feel like I have been ripped off by your pricing after being a customer for 22 years. I am in the financial business and check pricing of oil heat which is being used for my home and you are always over charging me. I have brought this to your attention before and you told me I I’ll be seeing a credit which has never been applied. I have started to consider other companies due to your over charging.
