Wasn’t happy about the water heater going up after only 5 years. And I thought the cost to replace was high. Asked for explanation, but never got one. Thank God the tank was under warranty or it probably would have cost half as much as the original install of everything! I was not happy about all this, but the work and response was great…..which I’ve always come to know and expect from Tevis and Modern Comfort. They did a great job and added some additional safety features for us. Kudos to Josh and Ryan! 👍 they answered all my questions and explained everything they did. Professional.

We have had Tevis for all of our fuel needs for years. Fuel oil for furnace, propane for house generator, updated our heat/hot water unit and replaced our tank too! Have our service policy through Modern Comfort. The whole package in one place! Can’t beat it!

I did not have any heat in my house. I left a message with Modern Comfort to contact me the following morning when the office opened in order to arrange an appointment. I received a call approximately 10 minutes of the office opening and an appointment was arranged for that morning. The service technician arrived timely and was very cordial, polite and professional. He was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He determined the issue was a faulty thermostat. He installed a new thermostat in a timely manner and the heat was back working perfectly. The technician should be commended on a job well done.

We received 100+ gallons of oil - and yet the measuring valve did not register full. Kinda unsure about that. Do appreciate the delivery. Price is out of this world. If it continues we are looking into electric heat.

PLEASE make subject of any overdue bill say:Overdue bill from Tevis We are all reluctant to open emails that speak computer language (? starts with docu) Look at me credit history with Tevis and you will appreciate why I was EXTREMELY upset without receiving notice (may have deleted notice that appeared to be questionable about opening)
