Very friendly and helpful

It was nice to meet Lisa as she delivered our heating oil. Our conversation about gardens was enjoyable. And she was helpful explaining our invoices since there were multiple copies this time because of malfunctions in the equipment.

Recommended supplier of fuel oil.

For the past 10 years Tevis has been my supplier and they have never failed on delivering fuel oil. Totally recommend these guys if you're new to the area or having problems with other companies delivering your fuel oil.

Oil delivery

Having been a customer for over 15 years , I’ve never run close to being out of oil until this Christmas. Given the extremely cold temperatures and the fact that I was going to be out of town for several days, I checked my oil tank in the basement. The yellow float was going into the empty area. I recognize that your employees had time off for Christmas but I was treated rudely when I called for a delivery. A delivery was made in October and then early in November, just a couple of weeke apart. This apparently triggered someone to decide that by the 26th of December I didn’t need an oil delivery.. the few people I spoke with said I should have plenty of oil. Since it took at least 221 gallons for a 275 gallon tank, I would wonder why they would change from the monthly delivery I usually got. I am still burnt up over this so I won’t be able to comment fairly over anything else.
