We were customers for two fuel seasons, on automatic delivery. We ran out of oil at one point, but they sent someone out right away and gave us a $50 credit which was very nice. At the end of the second season I asked them to cancel automatic delivery for the following Fall because I knew I'd be moving. They came anyway, and I would have been really sick if I'd had to pay hundreds of dollars for oil I would never use. As it turns out, the tank was nearly full so it was only $20 but it was a panicky moment. The drivers were super nice, and dog friendly, and the phone reps are also very nice. And the payment portal is easy to use. Prices are definitely high, about $.30/gal higher than other services, but overall pretty reliable.
