The service is okay, but you never get the same delivery driver every time. There use to be a time when you would get the same driver every time. The prices are really high, but that goes with everything in this world today.

Chris is a very personal individual. I always like to take a few minutes to speak with whoever is delivering the oil to let them know how much oil I have left and that they need to run the oil into the tanks slowly. Chris always responds in a kind and professional manner. I can tell that he wants me to know that he is listening to what I shared with him and always assures me that the oil tanks would be filled as I requested.

Average. Last season I ran out of fuel oil. Was told no same day service, then told because I was on auto fill same day was guaranteed. Received another call 5 minutes before COB saying no delivery until next morning. I bought 10 gallons of Diesel to get through the night. Fuel truck left fill slip on the door. Almost $0.40 more than Diesel. Delta is larger this year. $3.45 vs $3.89. This year they pumped $720 worth of fuel before I could stop them. I will be shopping around.
