Service has been excellent from Tevis Oil. The driver calls before delivery so my dogs are in the house. When I call for service on my furnace they Tevis responds quickly. When I’ve called the office customer service has been excellent.

I trusted Tevis for many years until I received the bill for the oil price if $5.50 per gallon. The delivery was for 200 gallons. I called other oil delivery companies and they were closer to $4.50. Our next delivery from Tevis was closed to $4.50, but was only for a small amount of oil. I am rethinking the automatic delivery based on the fluctuation of the oil prices.

I love you Tevis but your billing is driving me away. It is so confusing. It’s really awful. You need to consolidate your billing system or drop the services of modern comfort. Or start your own propane business. Or something.

I love Tevis and how convenient it is. I think their pricing is in line with other company’s. My only complaint and it is kind of a big complaint, is their billing and accounts receivable. It is so confusing and really quite bad. They need to figure out a way to consolidate, to be able to pull up my account and tell me exactly what is going on. There seems to be 3 separate business connected to Tevis. They need to merge together in the billing process. It is such a mess that I want to find another company to deal with. But I like Tevis, so I dont.

I was scheduled for a morning appointment but since there were a lot of repair calls that day & the service team was short staffed, my appointment was pushed to later in the day. The service group alerted me of the issue promptly & the tech called to let me know when he was on the way & did a fabulous job at my house. He was very helpful. I appreciate the good service your company always provides.
