My experience with the company as a whole is less than satisfactory. Was not offered the .03 gal senior discount nor the opportunity to cap my per gallon charge. No communication with company. I called to complain about cost compared to other companies & was told these options were available to me. I shared info with my 92 year old neighbor who was never advised of these options. Poor way to run a business. Feels like they’re not interested in their customers only their money. I have no loyalty to tevis & wouldn’t hesitate to go elsewhere for a better price. Was with heaps oil for about 36 years.

Overall I’m pleased with my first fill up of Heating Oil, but to come home and see a banana peel thrown next to the tank and grease/ oil smears on a brand new tank upset me some. I get it can be a dirty job to fill tanks but I don’t understand how it was smeared on the tank so much. I certainly wouldn’t throw my trash in someone’s yard while at work. But a door tag was left and oil was full so that was performed correctly. If needed I can provide pictures.
