I have always had a great experience with Tevis! They have excellent, friendly, efficient customer service. The office staff has always been nice to me, and the delivery drivers always have quickly filled up my tank and been courteous and friendly with me. I enjoy being a Tevis customer.

When fuel is delivered to my house, a phone call needs to precede arrival so I can have the gate open. This driver followed thru and was very courteous on the phone. He then brought the sales ticket in an envelope to the door. Thank you. I was glad to see the price per gallon dropped a dollar. I know the cost of energy sucks right now. I know every businesses operating costs have risen. However I cannot give you 5 stars for the price question because I do not agree with the delivery fee.

We have been a customer of Tevis for sometime so when we wanted to replace our existing gas logs it was an easy choice. Everyone was very helpful and professional. The installation crew was efficient and did a great job cleaning up! The only regret is we didn’t have this done sooner.
