Mitch was friendly and professional in his interaction with me. Provided me with the current price per gallon prior to a partial fill. I was expecting a higher price given current market. I would like for Tevis to confirm price prior to filling, though. I keep the tank cap locked to prevent them from filling the tank without first discussing price since I'm no longer on a contract.

I would give 5 stars - but a DELIVERY FEE!!!- really that cost is already in the price of the oil being delivered by the delivery companies - at least that's what I have been told over the last many years while shopping around and questioning higher prices from company to company - local business really should take care of their long term local customers and might be justify for new comers that this is grandfathered in and old loyal customers don't have to pay that fee really upsets me since there are other local companies that do not apply a delivery fee!!!
