I like the fact that Tevis automatically comes out and fills the oil tank, you do not have to call them. I also like that they do not wait until the tank is on empty, which means you are not paying hundreds of dollars at one time.

for two years now, my budget plan renewal has been messed up. last year I heard nothing and had to call and get it started again. this year, after advising I was not making any more budgets payments because I had a credit, I get a bill showing budget past due- so I called and explained, then I get a letter sayjng you need to pay up. So another call and hopefully I will see new budget info in a few weeks.

I ran out of fuel( MY FAULT) ! After re-ordering and realizing my fuel wouldn’t be delivered for about 5 days(because the weekend) I called in and expressed my concern. The receptionist was very understanding she immediately started working to resolve My issue. my fuel was delivered the next day!!! I’m so thankful! The entire crew works together very well from the receptionist, to dispatch, to the fuel driver! Life is hard at times, and I’m grateful for people that CHOOSE to NOT make it harder!!
