Michael Buss from Service Electric helped us with our internet issues. He explained everything very clearly and helped us set everything up. He didn’t leave until he made sure everything was set up correctly and we understood how to use everything. We are very happy with the customer service we received.

The gentleman installing the equipment tracked mud throughout the apartment. The modem he installed has a faulty Ethernet port so I’m stuck using equipment that’s damaged
