I am so very happy with my new internet service, I have internet service now thank you Service Electric was very fast to get me up and running after having problems with Bright Speed when they took over for century Link from 9/2022 to 4/10/2023 problems with billing and my internet not working 75% of the time. I felt like no one cared about my business at all at bright speed so I had to find a new internet supplier to service my business. Thank You Service Electric I placed a call and 4 days I was up and with a much faster internet system, and very good price $167.00 less of a bill. technician was very nice and competent when he came out to my business and 30 minutes later I was all fixed up. Thank You They relay do care about the customers what a relief.

Service Electric technician, Jay Henry, did a terrific job resolving our internet issue. Ran a new wire from the connection to the house, as the previous wire was damaged and ~15 yrs old. Tested the system to ensure it was operating properly and ordered additional parts that will be installed going forward. 10/10

Tech was very nice, quickly resolved the issue, and clearly explained the issue to me when I asked what was the problem and how he fixed it. Only issue I have is that Service Electric would not provide technician support on the weekend…my outage occurred on Friday night, but a technician wasn’t available until Monday. The technician was fantastic…just wish Service Electric would have sent them on Saturday or Sunday, so I didn’t have to wait until Monday.
