The Gentleman who came today to install our phone and internet was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, competent and friendly. He installed everything quickly and efficiently. He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Best of all we have had consistent and fast internet since he left and we haven’t had that in YEARS. Thank you.

They have great friendly service people who come over and help. But their work is undercut by the quality and reliability of their Wifi, which is a catastrophe. As a small business owner, it’s killing me. Their customer service ranges from ok to terrible, and get this: if u want to do automatic billing from your bank account, u have to print out a form and mail it in with a bank check. This is Stone Age Billing. The only reason SE is still in business is that it has monopoly power. If u can get around, do so at all costs. You don’t want to be in bed with these guys. They will steal you blind and give you nothing.
