He was very knowledgable and explained everything I needed to know about Tivo. He was friendly and courteous. Communicated well and cleaned up after the work was done. Repaired cables that I wasn't even aware that was damaged and needed to be repaired.
The quality of service - as that speaks of the installer's demeanor and general approach to his work - was excellent. I cannot judge the lengthy period taken for the equipment to work because I do not know the cause of that delay. Appointment "between 8 and 4" created quite a difficulty for me; but I presume that scheduling to have resulted from Service Electric's experience. Certainly, however, nothing in my appointment today has caused me to regret adding the service or being a customer of Service Electric.
