I’m so grateful that Steve was in the area and able to cover promptly for the installer who was sent to the incorrect address. He made my day! So did the dispatcher, who fixed the issue immediately. Steve made extra effort to document the service so I could have proof of residence for the post office. Moves are never easy, but Service Electric and Mr. Steve made this one go smoother for me. My cats give him 5/5 stars, too!

This technician has been to our home several times for service on our Service Electric equipment. All times he has preformed professionally and gone the extra mile to return us to normal service. It generally takes two to three days to schedule service. On the day of service you are given a window of time that the technician will be at our home. It is usually a four hour window with a courtesy call prior to his arrival. This particular service window was from 9 am to 5 pm. The courtesy call came shortly after 12pm with the technician appearing approximately 12:30pm. I had to adjust my entire day to accommodate this 8 hour window of time. This type of scheduling needs to be improved to be excellent service in my mind.
