Andy was awesome! He arrived right on time and was even able to help me figure out how to work my new door and show me an issue to be aware of with the window to the fire escape. He was courteous of my personal belongings and I could tell he was very experienced with best practices for installing the wires, etc. I really appreciated his help and good conversation.
