Well more than fast, with setting up a date for changes, also quickly set up any new components out of sight and not cluttering any area up! The explanation for how it work's and what are the codes and how to change them along with addressing any power outage and how to read the lights on the new equipment was done and well absorbed by me and more was answered than I was even going to ask and I know that these questions would of popped up later! So my experience is that they have set the bar!
