The technician sent did the job needed, though he spoke very little about what was going on. The tech didn't even introduce himself on arrival, letting the SECTV logo on the sweatshirt and the bucket truck outside speak for him. Still, the issue was resolved fairly quickly with the replacement of the modem.
He explained everything to me. I understand things better now.
Prior to tech Rich’s arrival we only had one TV that didn’t get local channels. Now since his service other TVs in house do not get local channels. These TVs prior to his service today got all local channels. So we do not understand how this is happening.
Technician went above and beyond to make sure everything was up and running before leaving.
