Had difficulty getting certain tv stations and technician solved within minutes.
The installation and setup was good and simple. The installation fee was unnecessary, regardless of the discount. The appointment was not very convenient timing. Again, the service provided by the guy who installed it was great, but the other aspects were lackluster.
I have been a customer for merely 6-7 weeks and got off to a rough start. Installer had to schedule service to change something at poll. Then MOCA filter went bad. Then I wasn't getting all channels I pay for which was a "policy" issue. Then today I had no internet or TV again. Customer service couldn't communicate with box. Another service call. Gentleman was great. Second time I've had him. I heard SE is going to TiVo. I'll be glad to get away from SE Next system. Hard to use and many problems. Again, Service tech was great. Thank you.
After three service calls, to troubleshoot our wireless issues, Bill solved our problems. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We finally have fully functioning internet and cable. So Happy!!
