Internet service disappeared

We had internet last night but none this morning. After rebooting the modem and router to no avail I called Service Electric. Customer rep was great and kept checking things until she determined the modem was not getting a signal. She then worked with a supervisor to squeeze me in today even tho then next "opening" wasn't until Monday. Tech arrived a couple hours later and changed out the modem. Ours was out of date. Still didn't get a signal. After replacing several connections, he got the signal to the modem. An exceptional job by all involved. Thank you.
