Im a bit late due to my hectic moving BUT honestly Terrence was heaven sent. He truly trulyyyyy knew exactly what he was doing. Answered any questions i had, was polite, respectful! This is my first apartment and my first time getting any tv provider on my own. I would definitely recommend your services if all employees are this nice.

The service is pricey for what you get. This is the only service available in the area i moved to or I would have most likely chosen a different cable provider. On a positive note, the installation tech was excellent. Very nice guy and knowledgeable.

Easy service turn on, so what stood out to me is how friendly, helpful, and respectful Terrence was. I just moved here and it's the first time I've had hardwood floors. Terrence thought to put on shoe covers without me even asking.
