2025 PCSA AC Check Up Free W. Install AC Maintenance Technician checked the wire connections, replaced the filter, flushed the drain, made sure the thermostat was operating normally, checked the Freon levels and they were looking good, and cleaned outdoor coil.
Air Conditioning Service Cambria Complaint no cool Found system low of Freon due to leak on outdoor txv. Ordered txv. Will return when part arrives. 7/27/25 Returned with replacement outdoor TXV. Replaced TXV, replaced filter drier, pressure tested system, pulled vacuum, and recharged system with 9.5 lbs of R-410A. System is operating normally at this time.
AC Maintenance PCSA 2025 a/c check up renewal Checked system operation, flushed drain and replaced filters. Noticed small amount of water on blower housing. Sprayed Evap coil with non rinse coil cleaner. No signs of water pull off at this time.
