AC Repair After hours, Justin found north sanctuary unit has a bad compressor. Ordered new compressor, will return ASAP 4/25/2024 Steve replaced compressor, replaced both filter driers, pressure tested unit for leaks, no leaks. Evacuated to 480 microns to remove non condensables and moisture, recharged unit with 23 pounds of 410, started unit, tested heating and cooling modes, worked great. Steve investigated all electrical to try to figure out what went wrong, checked contactor, wiring, panel, nothing appears to be malfunctioning.
2024 PSCA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance Operations checks good. Cleaned outdoor coil, replaced filter
Completed cooling maintenance, cleaned coils, flushed drain, filter is provided by customer, checked system operation and found no issues, made sure system is working properly System is heating at this time

HVAC Repair Upon arrival, power switch was off, turned on unit and found unit low on gas, charged unit with 2 pounds of refrigerant and made sure system is working properly System is cooling at this time

3/15/24: cleaned condenser coils. All systems are operational 3/22/24: flushed all drains. All systems are operational
Heating Repair Found that wire was half connected to a relay, causing electric heat to kick on and off intermittently. As for noise, I could not get system to make noise described. Verified charge, checked defrost and filter cleanliness. Most likely a spot where air is coming through the air handler.
