Heating Maintenance Start PCSA 2024 heating check up
Furnace Repair Cambria 10-3-24: was not able to run furnace due to gas being shut off 10/18/24: returned to finish heating maintenance, cleaned flame sensor and drain, replaced filters, checked system operation and found no issues, checked for gas leaks and found none, lit pilot lights for both hanging heaters and verified system operation, made sure both systems are working properly Both systems are heating at this time
Heating Repair 2024 Fall Check Up PCSA Prepaid Thermostat issue.
Heating Repair Cambria 2024 PCSA Heating Check Up Renewal Heating Maintenance Tested electric heat, replaced filter, flushed drain with water and some cleaner, inspected all electrical, cleaned air handler. Tested heat pump, tested defrost, tested reversing valve operation, unit is heating great
Upon arrival customer had the thermostat off but AC was still running, found contactor stuck on and causing a coil freeze up, replaced contactor. Told customer to run the fan for a while to thaw out coil. System is operational
Heating Repair HVAC Service Cambria High electric bill
AC Repair Cambria Air Conditioning Maintenance System is cooling efficiently at this time now that return has been added. Refrigerant charge is acceptable and temperature drop is good.
Unit had previously tripped on a low pressure lockout, replaced blower motor under warranty and verified system operation System is cooling at this time
Refrigerant charge on system was showing signs of airflow issues. Upon investigation, I found filter was restricting airflow and pulled into blower. Once I removed filter, airflow issues were not resolved. I found that the system did not have a return hole at all. There was a patch in the ductwork in the basement for a return, once I removed patch and cut another on the other side of the ductwork, my pressures dropped tremendously revealing that it was 1 pound low of refrigerant. Cleaned condenser coil and added 1lb of 410. Matt is going to investigate return situation.
