He was running approximately 45 minutes late. Although they did call and get me in on a cancellation a day early so for that I am grateful for a air conditioned sleep. My husband was the one who interacted with him for the most part but he said he was a nice guy and he did us a favor by giving us a free filter so overall great experience.

A/C Repair Found bad condenser fan motor. Called and johnstone has fan motor in stock. Freddie is okay with repair st any time next week. Said Monday would be fine. Door will be unlocked all day. We just need to pick up motor from Johnstone. Quoted $450 Replaced condenser fan motor and capacitor, verified operation of system. System is running at this time, disconnect on the Unit however Has a broken switch, system is running Fine but we just have to shut it off at the breaker box. System could also use a good thorough maintenance.
Complaint: No Heat Cause of the issue was a dirty flame sensor. Cleaned flame sensor. Inducer motor bearings are beginning to fail. Motor needs to be replaced before parts warranty expires. System is operating normally at this time. Customer would like to sign up for service plan.
PCSA 2022 Heating Check Up Prepaid Completed heating maintenance, checked air temps, customer provides filter, vacuumed drain, cleaned burners, cleaned flame sensor, checked blower and inducer amps, checked gas pressures, igniter resistance is starting to get high so I let customer know about it. Made sure system is working properly System is heating at this time

Complaint: No Heat ( 2 Modine Heater ) 1- is working and wants to serviced 2- is Not Working at all Heater #2 (south) had a pilot light that had gone out. Most likely when one of the bay doors was open and it was very windy. Lit pilot light and performed check up on both systems. Oiled both motors and inspected burners. South system also had a very loud relay that was beginning to fail. Replaced relay on south system. Everything else was clean and checked out well. Both heaters are operating normally at this time.
