7/22/22 Complaint thermostat issue. Customer was getting strange readings on upstairs thermostat coming from the outdoor sensor. Disconnected outdoor sensor to see if the cause of the issue is the thermostat or the sensor itself. Customer will monitor and let us know of any changes in operation. System is operating normally at this time. Customer wants to sign up for service plan. 8/1/22 Cause of the issue was the thermostat. It wasn’t sending a signal out for Y and the backlight for the display screen wouldn’t come on. Replaced thermostat and connected wires back for outdoor sensor. System is operating normally at this time. Customer will be signing up for a service plan in September or October.
