2025 PCSA Heating Check Up Prepaid Heating Maintenance Technician check wire connections. Made sure thermostat is operating normally. Customer replaces the filters. Checked electric heaters. Checked Freon levels, and checked defrost. Well technician was doing the check up on the indoor unit. Tech noticed a blower motor bearings are starting to go out. Going to need to keep an eye on it during future check ups.
