He did a very good job and went above and beyond.the price was good. He explained the furnace codes and programmed the thermostat something the original installer never did! And he was even 20 minutes early!

Completed heating maintenance, cleaned burners, filter is provided by customer, checked system operation and found no issues, made sure system is working properly System is cooling at this time
AC Repair Condenser fan motor is failing and needs to be replaced. Ordered and will replace once arrives. 9/20/24 replaced condenser fan motor and performed maintenance on system. All checks are good at this time.
Repaired leak in lineset on roof, pressure tested, evacuated to 500 microns, recharged unit, system is cooling
AC Repair Air Conditioning Repair Went ahead and replaced and reprogrammed thermostat for sanctuary no charge per Steve, 22 degree temp drop. Should work now.
AC Repair HVAC Service Adjusted temp on Sunday and discussed possible intermittent issues. Customer will monitor thermostat screen. If it isn’t kicking in on Sunday sometimes we need to know if the thermostat says it’s cooling or not. It could be an intermittent equipment issue or it could be someone interfering with the schedule. Thermostat left on at this time.
2024 PSCA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance. System is cooling at this time, outdoor condenser coil has been cleaned. However, there is some deterioration, cleaned up wiring to the outdoor unit along line set, flushed condensation line and verified it was free of debris, temperature drop is good and refrigerant pressures are acceptable.
Found bad capacitor, replaced capacitor and verified system operation System is cooling at this time
2024 PCSA 2 AC ONLY Check Up AC Maintenance Verified operation. Topped off east unit with 5 oz of 410A. Replaced both filters, one of which was provided by homeowner. Flushed drains and cleaned outdoor coils
AC Service Complaint no cool compressor not wanting to come on
Customer has decided to start service agreement, will have a prepaid visit in fall. Gas pack unit. Replaced bad capacitor, 2 yr parts and labor on discounted part. Cleaned coil, filter is changed every month by customer. Model and serial updated. Suggested spraying for ants around unit. Part covered under warranty customer will get a check back for 104
HVAC Service Complaint a/c not keeping up. Issue has been resolved, performed maintenance after signing up for maintenance plan, made drain repair in attic as well.
