He did a very good job and went above and beyond.the price was good. He explained the furnace codes and programmed the thermostat something the original installer never did! And he was even 20 minutes early!

Installed thermostat and programmed settings to customers preference
Customer had concerns about a groaning noise, checked system operation and was not able to hear the noise at this time. Customer would also like a new thermostat, quoted customer a thermostat and got approval, will return soon to replace thermostat. System is operational

AC Repair Condenser fan motor is failing and needs to be replaced. Ordered and will replace once arrives. 9/20/24 replaced condenser fan motor and performed maintenance on system. All checks are good at this time.

AC Repair Air Conditioning Repair Went ahead and replaced and reprogrammed thermostat for sanctuary no charge per Steve, 22 degree temp drop. Should work now.
AC Repair HVAC Service Adjusted temp on Sunday and discussed possible intermittent issues. Customer will monitor thermostat screen. If it isn’t kicking in on Sunday sometimes we need to know if the thermostat says it’s cooling or not. It could be an intermittent equipment issue or it could be someone interfering with the schedule. Thermostat left on at this time.
2024 PSCA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance. System is cooling at this time, outdoor condenser coil has been cleaned. However, there is some deterioration, cleaned up wiring to the outdoor unit along line set, flushed condensation line and verified it was free of debris, temperature drop is good and refrigerant pressures are acceptable.
