Found failing blower motor, replaced blower motor and verified system operation, also replaced fellowship hall thermostat as requested by customer System is heating at this time

2024 PSCA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance Readings were taken with outside airflow restricted to simulate hot day. Replaced filter, flushed drain, cleaned outside coil. Yard signs left at both properties. Operation is all good.
