I did expect a lower price compared to a recent HVAC service visit (under $100) but if I knew more then I would have a stronger basis for my expectation but then if I knew more I might have done the job myself.
We worked with three techs, each were amazing, personable, and did a wonderful job! We will definitely be calling anytime we need our a/c serviced!

Addressed a service call regarding an AC unit not providing adequate cooling. After performing diagnostics, determined the condenser fan motor had failed, impeding proper heat dissipation from the system. Followed lockout/tagout procedures and disconnected power to the condensing unit. Removed the top grill and existing fan motor assembly. Installed new OEM replacement motor rated for the rated load amperage (RLA) per manufacturer specifications, ensuring correct mounting and alignment. Reassembled all components and terminated electrical connections securely per NEC guidelines. System was re-energized and refrigerant pressures verified within parameters, resolving the cooling deficiency.
We got everything working, Steve will work up a bill between today and some labor from the last visit.
