System was nearly out of Puron. Turned off outdoor coil and left system in electric heat mode until a leak search can be performed. 1/26/24: Found leak in distributor tubing coming from outdoor metering device, will come back to repair leak soon. Customer still has emergency heating 1/29/24: Returned to repair leak, charged unit properly and made sure system is working properly System is heating at this time

Complaint No Cool. System had a bad dual capacitor, replaced and verified operation of system. System is cooling at this time, I highly recommend a maintenance plan, so we can come out and do a full inspection on the system.

Air Conditioner Maintenance PCSA 2023 AC Check Up 2 Systems Prepaid Equipment checks good, but the east unit has always had trouble cooling upstairs bedroom. Suggested shutting off some vents down stairs to push more into the bedroom. Keeping the master bathroom door open when not in use would also help. Flushed drains, cleaned condensers, filters are clean.
