3/7/25: started spring PM, cleaned coil and replaced filter, both capacitors are good, will need to come back to check charge 3/17/25 Checked charge
AC repair Complaint: AC not cooling Found contactor not passing power. Replaced contactor. Temps to cool to check Freon levels. Will return to check charge if needed.
Furnace Repair Energy 2025 PSCA Heating Check Up Heating Maintenance Completed heating maintenance, coils and filter are clean, checked system operation and found no issues, made sure system is working properly System is heating at this time
Completed heating repair and furnace maintenance visit. Performed full system inspection, component cleaning, and safety checks. Replaced worn ignitor and air filter. All systems now functioning properly with normal temperature readings. Furnace is operating at optimal efficiency. No additional repairs needed.

Customer had concerns about a musty smell in kitchen, they smell it more when the heat comes on. Looked for smell and I did not smell anything from kitchen vents, used an inspection camera to look inside vents and did not find anything, I did smell something when I came in through kitchen door so the smell may be coming from the fridge area

Complaint no heat in unit 1 and 4 Unit 1 is heating but thermostat is at lobby and most likely has heat loss from the entrance, unit 4 had a bad transformer, replaced transformer and verified system operation System is heating at this time

Found pressure switch acting up intermittently. Will need to replace pressure switch, ordered part and will return to replace switch when it comes in. Gerson 12/5/24 return to replace pressure switch. Returned to replace pressure switch, verified system operation. System is heating at this time
