Upon arrival, found tripped breaker, found clogged filter, found burnt up contactor, replaced filter and contactor, checked system operation, condenser fan motor is making a screeching noise and will likely need replaced soon. System is cooling at this time

2024 PSCA AC Check Up Renewal AC Maintenance
Big package unit on right side of building had a loose panel, put some 3/8 screws and made sure panel is stable and made sure system is is operational.
HVAC Service Cleaned all systems and refastened line sets, line set insulation and wires within systems. Checked all electrical connections and verified electrical components were good. Single capacitor was getting weak on Unit 6, replaced and verified operation. All drains are flushed, all filters changed.
HVAC Service System is cooling efficiently at this time, pressures are good, filter is changed. Contactor was showing extreme pitting and signs of deterioration, replaced to prevent any damage to system.
Furnace Repair 2023 PSCA Heating Check Up Renewal Heating Maintenance Checked wire connections. Replaced filter (customer provided). Thermostat is operating normally. Cleaned flame sensor. Flushed drain line. Capacitor for inducer motor was getting very weak and needed replaced. Replaced capacitor. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.

Heating Service 2024 PCSA Heating Check Up Prepaid Heating Maintenance. System is heating efficiently at this time and has been changed. CO detector in home is 10 years old, I recommended a replacement. All other checks good.
