2025 Spring Check Up PCSA Checked wire connections. Replaced filters. Flushed drain lines. Thermostats were all operating normally. Systems 6, 7, 11, and 12 needed new thermostat batteries. Cleaned outdoor coils. System #1 has a dead head pressure control module. Bypassed module and was able to get compressor to cool down and restart after it overheated. Module may need replaced. System #2 had a severely worn out contactor. Replaced contactor. System #3 was dead upon arrival. It had a dead blower motor and cracked heat exchanger pan. It has been scheduled for replacement. System #4 had a shorted contactor which then fried the transformer. Replaced both components. System #5 was operating normally. System #6 was operating normally. System #7 was operating normally. System #8 was dead upon arrival. It has a dead compressor. It has been scheduled for replacement. System #9 was operating normally. System #10 was operating normally. System #11 had a minor gas leak in the pipe going into
Found bad condenser fan motor, will call supply house and check for price and availability, will need to send quote to customer for a new motor

2025 PCSA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance Done 5-13-25 Checked system operation. Found ants in outdoor unit. Sprayed ants with customer provided bug spray.
AC Repair Herrin Inspected systems #3 and #8 to give customer a price on a both systems. #3 has a dead blower motor and leaking furnace cabinet. #8 has a dead compressor.

Completed heating repair and furnace maintenance visit. Performed full system inspection, component cleaning, and safety checks. Replaced worn ignitor and air filter. All systems now functioning properly with normal temperature readings. Furnace is operating at optimal efficiency. No additional repairs needed.

Customer had concerns about a musty smell in kitchen, they smell it more when the heat comes on. Looked for smell and I did not smell anything from kitchen vents, used an inspection camera to look inside vents and did not find anything, I did smell something when I came in through kitchen door so the smell may be coming from the fridge area
