2023 Gas Furnace maintenance for heating season ✔️
Complaint: No AC - Outside unit not coming on. System was not running due to the disconnect going bad. Replaced and verified we had power to the system. Once I verified power to system, I found that a capacitor for the fan motor was weak. Replaced and verified operation. Hose down off outside coil and flushed drain, both were much needed, and changed filters provided by customer. Informed customer that system could really benefit from a yearly maintenance and he agreed. Signed up for a PCSA and verified system was cooling efficiently at this time.
Cleaned & ckd system customer will replace filters and clean return grills. Showed him how to read codes on dorado.
