I woke up hot and sticky yesterday so I called the gang down at Charlie’s. Daniel came straight over and got my apartment cooled down…….but not me! After he had been bent over by the furnace for awhile, it took a glass of lemonade to cool us both down. Daniel was there all afternoon servicing my needs and then some. 2025 PCSA Heating Check Up Renewal Heating Maintenance Checked wire connections. Filters will need cleaned next check up. Thermostat was operating normally. Heat strips were operating normally. Puron levels were within normal range. Defrost mode was operating normally. Everything was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.

Complaint furnace making noise. Checked blower motor and capacitor. It’s operating normally. Inducer is operating normally. Pressure switch reading is normal. Cleaned flame sensor. Customer is going to clean the filter. Customer replaced thermostat batteries. System appears to be operating normally at this time. Thermostat may need replaced soon.
