I woke up hot and sticky yesterday so I called the gang down at Charlie’s. Daniel came straight over and got my apartment cooled down…….but not me! After he had been bent over by the furnace for awhile, it took a glass of lemonade to cool us both down. Daniel was there all afternoon servicing my needs and then some. Conducted the PCSA 2024 AC check-up renewal with precision and care. Examined every aspect of the AC system, paying close attention to coils, filters, and electrical connections. Thoroughly cleaned condenser and evaporator coils to maximize efficiency. Verified refrigerant levels and fine-tuned thermostats for precise temperature control. Rigorously tested the system to guarantee flawless operation, promptly addressing any issues for peak cooling performance.
Heating Repair Cause of the issue was a tripped limit switch on the inducer motor. This was most likely caused by back pressure from wind keeping the exhaust from venting properly. Reset limit and tested system operation. System is operating normally at this time. Vent may need to be extended above roof line to keep this from reoccurring. Also noticed a damaged wire guard going into the outdoor coil while looking at exhaust pipe. Secured wire guard as much as possible.
HVAC Service Complaint no heat. Cause of the issue was a wasp nest in burner number #4 and a frozen drain line. Removed wasp nest and moved drain port to basement floor drain. System is operating normally at this time. Customer also needed a new filter.

Heating Repair HVAC Service Found furnace locked out on ignition trouble. burners very worn and rusted. Would not feed gas through crossovers to other burners. Cleaned thoroughly with wire brush and carb cleaner. Unit heating at this time. Recommend burners get replaced. Ordered new burners from York that will be in the shop tomorrow estimated. Model and serial updated.
