Heating Maintenance PCSA 2025 heating check up prepaid Technician checked wire connections. Made sure thermostat is operating normally. Replace filter with one that customer supplied. Clean flame sensor. Checked igniter. Checked burners. Clean drain hoses. Checked co reading an airstream man and flu pipe.

Thermostat had an internal short between the R and W circuit keeping the furnace running constantly. Replaced thermostat and tested operation. System appears to be operating normally at this time.
