Furnace Repair Complaint: Furnace not operating properly. Found bad connection in pressure switch. Ordered pressure switch and replaced. Also replaced bad service switch on side of furnace
Heating Maintenance PCSA 2024 heating check up prepaid Completed heating maintenance, coils are clean, replaced filter, checked system operation and found no issues, tested defrost successfully, made sure system is working properly System is heating at this time
Furnace Repair Herrin Upon arrival found furnace tripping a pressure switch, found drain line frozen from outside and backing up water and flu pipes outside freezing up, opened a few slots in furnace to take in air from the inside, was not able to get on the roof due to ice System is heating at this time
Upon arrival furnace would turn on but would immediately turn off when the flame kicked on, found pressure switch acting up due to clogged drain, vacuumed drain and watched system run until thermostat satisfied System is heating at this time
Gas Furnace Heating Maintenance PCSA 2024 Heating Check Up Prepaid Done 1-3-25
Replaced blower wheel and tested system operation. System is operating normally at this time.
