At this time unit is cooling. Only explanation on this would be intermittent blower module trouble. I’ve gone ahead and ordered a blower from York that we will change under in house warranty as this motor was changed within the last year. Replaced motor.

Resolved airflow issues on back unit and replaced noisy outdoor fan motor preventively. 7/17 found code flashing today board not sending signal to indoor blower motor. Replaced board and unit now comes on and cools.
Addressed some clear and present water issues. Only time will tell if something additional is occurring. Details under diagnostic description.

Upon arrival system did not have a thermostat, found thermostat wire loose in attic. Also found some of the ductwork starting to fall out of place. Recommend to customer that based on the age of the system and the amount of repairs that it may need, the best option is to get a new system installed. Customer would like to schedule an estimate for new system
Found the AC unit with a faulty dual run capacitor and extremely low R22 refrigerant at 10 psi. Replaced the defective capacitor to restore functionality. The system requires a refrigerant recharge, and an estimate for this service is scheduled with Pete for Friday between 3-3:30 pm. Ensured temporary measures were in place to maintain some cooling until the full repair is completed.
