2025 PCSA AC Check Up Start AC Maintenance HVAC Service
AC Service Complaint return and replace sensors per quote. Tested system operation. System appears to be operating normally.
Quarterly filter change (1) 20x20x5 & (2) 20x25x5 as per quote Technician changed the filters.
No cool call. Outdoor fan was spinning backwards. Replaced capacitor and fan spun the correct way. If problems occurs again we will need to replace outdoor fan motor. Send bill to Roy.
2025 PCSA AC Check Up Included W. New install AC Maintenance HVAC Service Herrin
No cool call. Outdoor capacitor was failed. Replaced outdoor capacitor. Run checks ok. He wants the office to call and set him up with a maintenance program.
