Customer had concerns about auxiliary heat turning on when turning heat temperature 2° higher than room temp, explained to customer that thermostat turns on auxiliary heat when heat temp is 2°+ above room temperature, checked charge and pressures looked fine for the weather, briefly looked for a leak and found no signs of leaks at this time
Heating Maintenance PCSA 2024 Heating Maintenance Completed heating maintenance, coils are clean, cleaned return grills, replaced filters, checked system operation and found no issues, made sure both systems are working properly Both systems are heating at this time
HVAC Repair 2024 PSCA Heating Check Up Prepaid Heating Maintenance Leak search: Completed leak search, did not find any leaks in evaporator or condenser coil, found liquid line valve core pressed by over tightened cap, hand tightened cap and checked AC operation and charge looked fine, will need to monitor pressures when we return for summer maintenance

Complaint no heat customer would like furnace inspected before turning back on heard a noise.
Complaint: One system not heating 1/17/25 Found bad breaker on air handler. Both breakers showing signs of corrosion. Quoted repair to customer. 1/27/25 Replaced both breakers and tested system operation. All 3 electric heaters and blower are operating normally. Customer wants a price and time frame on replacing a damaged flex run.
