2024 PCSA Heating Check Up Prepaid Heating Maintenance Completed heating maintenance, cleaned flame sensor, burners, and drain, filters are provided by customer, electrical panel insulation was coming off upstairs air handler so I supported it with some pieces of metal, checked system operation and found no issues, made sure both systems are working properly Both systems are heating at this time
Furnace Repair Found bad blower motor, replaced motor under warranty and completed heating maintenance, found no more issues and made sure system is working properly System is heating at this time

AC Service Complaint condensate pump for a/c stopped working in basement Breaker for air handler had previously tripped, found kinked condensate pump drain line, after fixing kink tested pump several times and pump ran fine, likely cause of tripped breaker was pump trying to pump drain water out with no success and short cycles enough times to trip a breaker, checked system operation and found no more issues System is cooling at this time

System is cooling at this time, condensate line has been flushed and I verified that the condensate pump is working as well, filter is replaced by customer, outdoor condenser has been cleaned and is free of debris and temperature drop is good.
AC Tune Up Makanda 2024 PSCA AC Check Up 2 Sys Renew AC Maintenance. Both systems are cooling efficiently at this time, outdoor condensers are clean and free of debris, drains have been flushed to prevent potential clogging, and filters have been replaced and are provided by customer.

Condensation line has been flushed with cleaner to prevent any potential clogging and all electrical components check out good.
