Responded to a call for emergency AC repair in Grassy. The customer reported their air conditioner was running but not blowing cold air. My diagnostic HVAC service found the compressor's hard start capacitor had failed and a minor refrigerant leak at a valve. I replaced the faulty capacitor and performed a leak repair before recharging the system. As part of our comprehensive air conditioning service, I also cleaned the dirty condenser coil to improve efficiency. The system is now cooling properly and running better than before.
AC Repair Complaint: Upstairs unit not cooling Found condenser fan motor thermalled out due to bad cap. Cooled motor and replaced cap. System now cooling 20 Deg temp drop across unit.

Found capacitor had melted all wiring in the electrical compartment of the heat pump. Separated all melted wires and replaced cap. System now operating properly. Will quote replacement of burnt harnesses and control board.
Completed leak search, thoroughly inspected condenser coil and found no leaks, thoroughly inspected evaporator coil and found suction line port valve core leaking, tightened valve core and sealed threads with a better cap
AC Service Complaint no cool Found rub though leak in copper pipe, repaired leak, charged unit with factory charge, pulled copper pipe away from original cause of leak, covered pipe with foam tape and completed cooling maintenance. Coils and filter are clean, flushed drain and made sure system is working properly System is cooling at this time
AC Repair Coil had previously been frozen up, found system low on gas, charged unit with 3 pounds of 410A and got better pressures System is operational
