Found blown dual run capacitor, replaced part, unit is now cooling.
AC Service Complaint no cool unit not keeping up. Issue has been resolved. Verified System is cooling efficiently at this time.
AC Maintenance PCSA 2024 AC Check Up Renewal. System is cooling efficiently at this time, filter has been replaced, condenser is clean, drain is flushed and everything checks out good.
7-11-24: Completed cooling maintenance, cleaned coils, flushed drains, filters are provided by customer, checked system operation, upstairs unit is low on gas, customer is aware of this, and does not want to charge system right now, downstairs system is working properly
AC Service Complaint mini split not cooling properly Upon arrival I noticed a humidity difference in the two spaces. At this time unit does seem to be working properly. I have set unit down to 70 and adjusted the fan speed to low to zap some humidity out of the room. I called Cleta and let her know she can turn it back to 75 when she gets home and try leaving that unit on a low speed to give it a bit more run time. This should address her comfort issues.
