Shawn went above and beyond in every way while he was here. Not only was he professional, but very friendly and knowledgeable. Before leaving he checked every part of our hvac to make sure it was working properly, even though he had already fixed the issue. I highly recommend Shawn and Charlie’s overall!!

AC Repair Murphysboro 2025 Spring Check Up PCSA
AC Repair Murphysboro Air Conditioning Maintenance 2025 Spring Check Up PCSA Prepaid
2025 PCSA AC Check Up Included W. New Install AC Maintenance Completed cooling maintenance, cleaned coil, flushed drain, replaced filter, checked system operation and found no issues, made sure system is working properly System is cooling at this time
AC Repair Murphysboro Completed leak search, inspected indoor coil and found no leaks, inspected outdoor coil and found multiple small leaks, condenser coil is aluminum so the leaks are not fixable, customer would like to look into getting a quote for a new coil or an estimate to a new unit. Checked charge and pressures looked fine at this time
AC Maintenance PCSA 2025 AC Check Up Renewal
Customer had concerns about potential refrigeration leak in upstairs system, found bad blower capacitor and system low on gas, replaced capacitor and charged unit with 2 pounds of refrigerant and got better pressures, customer would like to schedule a leak search to see if leak is repairable or not System is operational
Complaint emergency heat coming on Completed leak search, thoroughly inspected indoor and outdoor coils, inspected lineset, was not able to find any signs of leaks, will need to monitor pressures when we do maintenance
AC Repair Found multiple small leaks in rusty filter drier, will need to give customer a quote for a new drier and system recharge Returned to replace filter drier and verified system operation System is cooling at this time
AC Maintenance Customer had concerns about basement flooding and water getting inside furnace, checked system operation and found no issues at this time, made sure system is working properly System is operational
Furnace Repair 2025 PCSA AC Check Up Heating Maintenance Completed cooling maintenance, coils and filters are clean, flushed drains, checked system operation and found no issues, made sure both systems are working properly Both systems are heating at this time
