Shawn went above and beyond in every way while he was here. Not only was he professional, but very friendly and knowledgeable. Before leaving he checked every part of our hvac to make sure it was working properly, even though he had already fixed the issue. I highly recommend Shawn and Charlie’s overall!!

Found clog in drain and bypassed fire protection to check charge. Unit was 2.5 lbs low on 410A. To be explicit, cause of water issue was 100% clogged drain, but I did not want to leave unit without checking charge and superheat was way off. Used charging chart on door to charge unit. Cooling at this time
Found blown dual run capacitor, replaced part, unit is now cooling.
