AC Service Complaint water leaking into hallway. Water was dripping off of dirty coil. System needed a good maintenance, signed customer up for PCSA plan and cleaned system thoroughly. All checks good a this time, will continue to monitor water issue but if problem does not go away, we will have to perform thorough coil cleaning.
AC Maintenance PCSA 2024 AC Check Up Prepaid Operations checks are good Filter replaced, cleaned unit and flushed drains.
Furnace Repair Heating Maintenance PCSA 2023 Heating Check Up Free w/ Install Completed heating maintenance, cleaned flame sensor and drain, used extra filter from install to replace old one, checked system operation and found no issues, made sure system is working properly System is heating at this time
2023 PCSA Heating Check Up Free W. New Install Heating Maintenance Checked wire connections. Filter was replaced recently. Thermostat is operating normally. Heat strips are operating normally. Defrost mode is operating normally. Puron levels are within range. Everything was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.

Upon arrival unit was low on refrigerant, charged unit with a pound of 410a and got good refrigerant pressures, filters are changed by customer, made sure system is working properly System is cooling at this time
Heating Maintenance PCSA 2023 Heating Check Up Renewal Dual Fuel System customer wanted to hold off on servicing the garage unit this season. Control board was free of codes. Cleaned flame sensor. Cleaned drain lines. Checked wire connections. Gas pressures were normal. Puron levels were within range. Outdoor coil was clean. Replaced filter. Everything was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.
AC Maintenance PCSA 2023 AC Check Up Free w/ Install Replaced filter. Flushed drain lines. Checked wire connections. Puron levels were within range. Temperature drop upon arrival was around 30 degrees. Turned up blower speed and temperature drop is now closer to 24 degrees putting it closer to being within range. System is operating normally at this time.
PCSA 2023 AC Check Up Free w/ Install Temperature drop is 20 degrees and pressures appear normal. Everything was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time. Noticing section of duct work sweating above the unit. Recommending sealing with reflective insulation when possible.
PCSA 2023 PREPAID AC CHECK UP Completed Spring maintenance, cleaned coils, flushed drain, filter is in good condition, checked air temps, checked blower amps Checked compressor and outdoor fan amps, checked capacitor, made sure system is working properly System is cooling at this time
Heat Pump Repair Complaint: Unit freezing up. Turned down blower speed to help with temperature rise. Also removed 1 lb of R-410A to help compensate for blower adjustment. Temperature rise was at least 21 degrees. Puron levels appear to be normal. Checked both ambient and defrost sensors to make sure they were reading correct temperatures. Both seem to be operating normally at this time.
