2025 PCSA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance The technician did the AC maintenance on both units. Technician started on the indoor unit by checking the wire connections, flushing, the drain, and change the filter. The technician proceeded his check up by going to the outdoor unit and checking the Freon, the wire connections, and clean Out the condenser coil. Units are good for the AC season.

Complaint mini spilt upstairs not heating Found very small leaks at flare fittings outside, charged system by weight, will need to come back to see how system is doing 12/20/24: found dead compressor, unit is under parts warranty, will need to get quote to customer for a new compressor 1/16/25: returned to replace compressor under warranty, put in factory charge and verified system operation System is heating at this time
Completed a 2024 PCSA prepaid heating maintenance check-up. Inspected a Rheem Classic Series furnace, cleaned the burners, and vacuumed the blower compartment. Checked and tightened electrical connections, tested the igniter, and verified proper operation of the flame sensor. Measured system airflow, checked gas pressure using a manometer, and ensured safe combustion by analyzing flue gas output.

AC Service Complaint water leaking into hallway. Water was dripping off of dirty coil. System needed a good maintenance, signed customer up for PCSA plan and cleaned system thoroughly. All checks good a this time, will continue to monitor water issue but if problem does not go away, we will have to perform thorough coil cleaning.
