Upon arrival unit was low on refrigerant, charged unit with a pound of 410a and got good refrigerant pressures, filters are changed by customer, made sure system is working properly System is cooling at this time
Heating Maintenance PCSA 2023 Heating Check Up Renewal Dual Fuel System customer wanted to hold off on servicing the garage unit this season. Control board was free of codes. Cleaned flame sensor. Cleaned drain lines. Checked wire connections. Gas pressures were normal. Puron levels were within range. Outdoor coil was clean. Replaced filter. Everything was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.
AC Maintenance PCSA 2023 AC Check Up Free w/ Install Replaced filter. Flushed drain lines. Checked wire connections. Puron levels were within range. Temperature drop upon arrival was around 30 degrees. Turned up blower speed and temperature drop is now closer to 24 degrees putting it closer to being within range. System is operating normally at this time.
PCSA 2023 AC Check Up Free w/ Install Temperature drop is 20 degrees and pressures appear normal. Everything was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time. Noticing section of duct work sweating above the unit. Recommending sealing with reflective insulation when possible.
PCSA 2023 PREPAID AC CHECK UP Completed Spring maintenance, cleaned coils, flushed drain, filter is in good condition, checked air temps, checked blower amps Checked compressor and outdoor fan amps, checked capacitor, made sure system is working properly System is cooling at this time
Heat Pump Repair Complaint: Unit freezing up. Turned down blower speed to help with temperature rise. Also removed 1 lb of R-410A to help compensate for blower adjustment. Temperature rise was at least 21 degrees. Puron levels appear to be normal. Checked both ambient and defrost sensors to make sure they were reading correct temperatures. Both seem to be operating normally at this time.
Furnace Repair Complaint: Furnace not always coming on. Cause of the issue was dirty burners. Cleaned burners and flame sensor. Furnace appears to be operating normally. Humidifier needs a new pad when possible.
Adjusted charge to have pressures operate normally. System is operating normally at this time.
Heating Repair - Limit error recorded, temp rise looks high in low fire, adjusted blower speed up one in low fire. Temp rise now at about 50 degrees in low fire. Unit heating at this time. Codes cleared
Replaced limit, turned off breaker and capped wires coming from the breaker with the 10 gauge wire. Started heat, everything is working correctly
