Replaced inducer assembly under parts warranty and verified operation.
2023 PCSA Heating Check Up Prepaid. System is heating efficiently at this time, filter is clean, flame sensor was extremely dirty so I thoroughly cleaned it. Inducer motor has an intermittent squeal to it, it is under manufacturers warranty, but it is not under service warranty. Customer would like an estimate to possibly replace before it is out of warranty completely. Other than that all checks good.
PCSA RENEWAL 2023 - AC Check Up. System checks out good at this time, outdoor condenser coil is clean, filter is changed and temp drop is good. Outdoor systems capacitor was weak, therefore we changed it out to prevent any future problems.
PCSA 2022 Heating Check Up Prepaid All checks are good on gas furnace. No error codes recorded. Unit heating at this time
PCSA 2022 RENEWAL - AC Check Up. System checks out good, drain Ian flushed, filter is changed and outdoor coil is clean.
