Air Conditioning Repair Royalton AC Service Complaint upstairs a/c not cooling. Issue has been resolved, system is cooling efficiently at this time. We will have to continue to monitor.
Charged unit with 2 lbs of410A. Likely wa not properly charged from install. Went by sub cooling and dry bulb pressures listed on tag. Replaced evap sensor under Rheem parts warranty. Operation is good, flushed drain and cleaned outdoor unit. Signed up for pcsa. Let customer know on hot days, keep all vents open, they may have a slight negative pressure issue. Unit may be somewhat oversized.
Found unit low on r-22. 38 year old carrier. Customer would like to see if charging it will get her through the summer. Let her know all of her options. Ultimately at 38 years old it’s time to at least start planning for future replacement.

Found OL on temp thermistor. Seems as though the thermostat has correctly identified an issue. Steve is gonna work on ordering part. Once it comes in we can schedule. Part will be replaced under parts only warranty through Rheem and we will collect labor. Upon return we will start PCSA and I will complete first cooling visit.

AC Service Compliant no cool Converted to pcsa AC only inspection. Flushed drain, verified operation, charge is good, cleaned coil, and left customer with additional filter. Found and replaced bad dual run capacitor under parts warranty per Steve. Physical invoice left
