Complaint: Furnace not holding temp. Found gas furnace condensate trap clogged. Cleaned trap and flame sensor. Used this visit as 2024 Heating Maintenance of service agreement.

Memory card not available from company, more details under diag description 8/12/24 memory card replaced still throwing same code. I’m going to come out and work a standard thermostat and wiring into this system call customer to work with their schedule. When I come back to do that I’m going to call tech support again to see if they think it could be a motor or module or board issue. 8/13 tech support says either board or module. Will call and order both tomorrow from supply house to try each one. 8/16 replaced board, motor and module. Unit cooling at this time.

Air Conditioning Repair Royalton AC Service Complaint upstairs a/c not cooling. Issue has been resolved, system is cooling efficiently at this time. We will have to continue to monitor.
Charged unit with 2 lbs of410A. Likely wa not properly charged from install. Went by sub cooling and dry bulb pressures listed on tag. Replaced evap sensor under Rheem parts warranty. Operation is good, flushed drain and cleaned outdoor unit. Signed up for pcsa. Let customer know on hot days, keep all vents open, they may have a slight negative pressure issue. Unit may be somewhat oversized.
Found unit low on r-22. 38 year old carrier. Customer would like to see if charging it will get her through the summer. Let her know all of her options. Ultimately at 38 years old it’s time to at least start planning for future replacement.
