AC Repair Replaced bad fan relay. Seemed like filter was dirty enough there could have been water or ice dripping off coil. Recommended replacing filters and giving coil a good scrub with toothbrush or other soft bristled brush

Gas Furnace Repair Complaint of furnace not kicking on all they way. Gas furnace failure to ignite, after checking solenoid signal and outgoing gas pressure determined gas would not feed burners properly. Cleaned sediment out of spud and got gas to feed and all burners to ignite, cleaned flame sensor as a courtesy. Furnace got all the way to blower and would not come on. New capacitor got motor to start with extremely labored startup. Best call was to go ahead and change motor to avoid callback. Blower motor and capacitor replaced and heating speed set to medium. Unit fires at this time no issues

Complaint: No AC - No air blowing through vents. System was not running due to 24v wire being hit and split by weed-eater. Repaired wires and verified operation of system. It is cooling at this time.

Complaint No AC. System was low on refrigerant again, added 4lbs and verified it had a good temp drop and proper sub cool. There is definitely a leak in the system, bubbled a few joints and couldn’t find one. We need to get back out here ASAP and perform a thorough leak search.

AC Repair Complaint: No AC Found unit cycling on low pressure switch, added 3 lbs 410a. Unit holds 8 lbs so it’s apparent there is a leak. Looked over unit, no signs of leaks, checked service valves, no leaks. Would recommend coming back and doing a leak search. In the meantime, system is cooling
