2025 PCSA Heating Check Up Prepaid Heating Maintenance Checked wire connections. Replaced filter. Flushed drain lines. Thermostat was operating normally. Burners were clean. Cleaned flame sensor. CO levels were within range. Inducer motor appears to have leaked some water in the furnace but doesn’t appear to have been recently. Inducer may need replaced in the future. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.
HVAC Repair 2025 PCSA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance Completed cooling maintenance, coils are clean, filter is provided by customer, flushed drain, checked system operation and found no issues at this time, charge looked off but outdoor temperature was under 60° at time of service System is operational
Furnace Repair Valier 2024 PSCA Heating Check Up Free W. New install Heating Maintenance Completed heating maintenance, cleaned flame sensor, filter is clean, checked system operation and found no issues, made sure system is working properly System is heating at this time
