PCSA 2022 Heating Check Up Prepaid Bearings in blower motor are getting a little worn. Blower motor may need replaced during a future check up. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.

PCSA 2022 Heating Check Up Renewal Valve core had worked its way lose on the liquid line and system had lost some R-410A. Recharged system and made sure the valve core wasn’t leaking anymore. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.
PCSA 2022 RENEWAL - AC Check Up. System is running efficiently at this time, drain is flushed and clean, refrigerant charge is acceptable, temperature drop is acceptable, outdoor condenser coil was cleaned thoroughly and filter is changed.
2022 Summer PCSA check up, flushed drains, inspected all electrical, replaced both filters. Washed both condensers, checked charge and operation, everything is running great

6/23/22 Unit kicked out again . She has reset it so she will be cool. Cause of the issue appears to be bad txv again. Will replace TXV ASAP. 6/24/22 Replaced TXV. (Warranty) Evacuated and recharged system with 9 lbs of R-410. Pressures appears to be normal and temperature drop is within range from all vents. Customer will monitor and let us know of any changes.

2022 Spring Check Up PCSA Prepaid Cause of the issue was bad high pressure switch on outdoor coil. Replaced pressure switch. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.

Customer will monitor for changes in operation. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.
