HVAC Service 2023 PCSA Heating Check Up Prepaid Heating Maintenance System was 3 lbs low on R-410A upon arrival. System needs a leak search when possible. Checked wire connections. Replaced filter. Relays on heater package are making a loud buzzing sound during operation. Recommend replacing under warranty. 2-1-24: Performed leak search and identified two out of three shcrader cores were leaking. Repaired both and verified they were no longer leaking. Checked charged and verified it was still holding. Pressures and subcooling are acceptable. System is operating efficiently at this time.

2023 PCSA Heating Check Up Renewal Heating Maintenance Contactor has become brittle over time due to heat and wear. It shattered during inspection. Gave customer sequencer at half price. Contactor for ac system was heavily worn and needed replaced. Replaced contactor. Left 3rd heat strip disconnected due to undersized wiring and breaker inside breaker panel. System is operating normally at this time.
Heat not coming on. Cleaned flame sensor as much as possible. Checked wiring. Cause of the issue is bad smart valve. Control board also is throwing out bizarre voltages and the code indicator light doesn’t appear to be operating normally. Gas valve appears to be operating normally after a good reset but not sure for how long. Recommend customer considers new system in the near future.
2023 Spring Check Up PCSA Prepaid Flushed drain line. Filter was replaced recently. Checked wire connections. Cleaned outdoor coil. Puron levels were within range. Everything was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.
Completed cooling maintenance, cleaned coils, flushed drains, replaced filters and left an extra filter (filter special), checked air temps, checked blower amps, checked compressor and condenser fan amps, checked capacitors, downstairs AC capacitor was weak so I replaced it, made sure both systems are working properly Both systems are cooling at this time

Cool cleaning and Leak Search Found leak in the side of the compressor most likely where the wield joint is. Other leaks are possible. Cleaned outdoor coil. Customer would like us to monitor system and will call for routine check ups.
Cause of the issue was a bad condenser fan motor that was working periodically. Replaced fan motor and tested system operation. System is operating normally at this time.
2023 Spring Check Up PCSA Prepaid Hard start capacitor was dead. Replaced hard start. Contactor is looking a little worn but still operational. Recommend replacing contactor in the next year or two. No change in condenser fan motor. Will continue to monitor. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.

PCSA 2022 Heating Check Up Prepaid Bearings in blower motor are getting a little worn. Blower motor may need replaced during a future check up. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.
