2024 PSCA Heating Check Up Free W. new Install Heating Maintenance
Furnace Repair Johnston City 2024 PSCA Heating Check Up Renewal Heating Maintenance Completed Dual Fuel maintenance, cleaned flame sensor, burners, and drain, used filters in utility room to replace old ones, checked system operation, furnace is running well, found gas valve not converted to LP from previous repair, converted gas valve to LP and found no other issues, heat pump is running well but noisy, compressor is the source of the noise, this has been known for a while, recommended to customer to replace compressor before warranty expires. Will need to give customer a quote for a new compressor under parts warranty System is heating at this time

Air Conditioning Repair AC Service Complaint no cool Found micro power guard filter to restricted for unit to operate properly. Replaced with 20x25x1 disposable pleated. Superheat went from nil to 27 degrees. Verified cooling operation.
Reattach refrigerant lines, high voltage wiring, low voltage wiring and drain, recharge unit (if necessary), test operation ***refrigerant part of quote is only if unit was not pumped down, if it has refrigerant that charge will be adjusted Homeowner will get grade where they want it and we will put a pad down on that 1 year warranty on all work done
