2025 PCSA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance HVAC Repair West Frankfort
Ordered compressor due to noise level of unit. Customer owes labor only, part under warranty 7/11/25: returned to replace compressor, drier, and dual capacitor under parts warranty, completed cooling maintenance, cleaned coil, flushed drain, replaced filters and made sure system is working properly System is operational
AC Repair Air Conditioning Maintenance Customer wanted system inspected, completed one time maintenance, cleaned coil, flushed drain, filter is provided by customer, checked system operation and found no issues, outdoor capacitor is starting to go weak but should be fine for the rest of the season System is operational

Double checked system operation. Slightly adjusted blower speed to help reduce noise in living room. Cleaned outdoor coil. Hard start capacitor on outdoor coil was very weak. Replaced hard start capacitor. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.
