Cameron, has been coming to my home for yrs. for servicing of our AC / Heating system. He is always arriving on a timely manner. He is courteous and explains what he is going to be doing and what we need to do for him to do his testing. This morning he completed his servicing in just about an hour and gave me a full detailed report on his service and our equipment. Kevin is very articulate and he explained everything he did as well as showed all the readings explaining the ranges that were acceptable. He showed up ahead of scedule and notified me he was on his way. He also added insulation to the outside lines that were partially bare. Overall both Kevin and the office personnel were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.

Performed cooling tune up on heat pump system checking all electrical components, refrigerant balance, unit start up, operation, shutdown, cleaning of indoor and outdoor units, treatment of drains. Found 20x25x4 filter is due for replacement in fall.
Performed AC maintenance tune up service on heat pump system checking all electrical components, refrigerant balance, cleaning of indoor and outdoor coils, replacement of customer provided electrostatic prefilter, cleaning and treatment of condensate drain and condensate pump.
Performed AC tune up services on 4 systems checking all electrical components, refrigerant balance, unit start up, operation, shutdown, cleaning of coils and drains. Replaced capacitor for master bedroom system. Everything else looks and runs great!
Found low voltage on outdoor unit had rubbed against the copper and shorted out. Put electrical tape around wire and copper to prevent futer shorts. Test system operation, system is now working properly.
Found system to be unserviceable. System blower motor has a failed and capacitor needs to be changed too Will return 8 am 1/28 to assess serviceability and perform an estimate to change equipment.
