Cameron, has been coming to my home for yrs. for servicing of our AC / Heating system. He is always arriving on a timely manner. He is courteous and explains what he is going to be doing and what we need to do for him to do his testing. This morning he completed his servicing in just about an hour and gave me a full detailed report on his service and our equipment. Kevin is very articulate and he explained everything he did as well as showed all the readings explaining the ranges that were acceptable. He showed up ahead of scedule and notified me he was on his way. He also added insulation to the outside lines that were partially bare. Overall both Kevin and the office personnel were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.

Air conditioner is cycling on and off properly. The only thing different since the electric bills went up was a dehumidifier 80 pint was put into the crawlspace. There is a crawlspace fan that is on blowing humid air into the area that the dehumidifier is in. I believe the dehumidifier has been running constantly trying to remove the humidity that the crawlspace fan is blowing in. We unplugged the dehumidifier to see if on the power companies website if the power usage goes down. I recommend having the crawlspace fan pulled out in seal and the other crawlspace vent sealed so the dehumidifier can possibly dehumidifier the space.

Found condensate issue in crawlspace due to crawlspace not being ventilated. Recommend installing a dehumidifier in crawlspace to tackle humidity issues. Is cool enough in crawlspace that when cooling is on, the metal on the evaporator coil box gets cold enough to reach dew point and condense water from the air. Recommend 80 pint dehumidifier to take care of the whole crawlspace. Estimate roughly $3500 to install. Otherwise all the system mechanicals look great!
