• Removal and replacement of radiant heating Manifolds, zone valves, thermostats and controls. • The new manifolds and zone valves are manufactured by Caleffi. The thermostats and controls will be Honeywell. • All work will be completed in a professional workmanlike manner. • Old equipment and trash from installation will be removed from premises. • Caleffi Manufacturer’s Warranty: Two (2) Year Limited Parts. • Honeywell Manufacturers warranty: Five (5) years parts. • One (1) Year Labor Warranty Provided by Comfort Central, Inc.
