We had Comfort central install a new Mini-Split system in our cottage as well as service the existing unit in our house. On both occasions the workers were exactly on time despite the early hour. I am very technically minded so I could appreciate their professionalism, knowledge of the product (even before the sale was concluded) and neatness (shoe protectors, tarp on the ground, sweep after themselves and not a single scuff mark on the walls or the floor). In addition, they work very well as a team, even under very adverse conditions - South side in full sun on a 90 degree day - and they are every funny with each other yet most respectful with me, the client, answered every question thoroughly and knowledgeably. I recommend them without any reservation at all and, even though I could have possibly paid less elsewhere I am glad that I chose them.

Replaced defrost board and temperature sensor on outdoor unit. Tested system operation, system is now working properly
Condenser Door was put back incorrectly on last tune up visit leaving a gap. Corrected door issue. Homeowner is going to have her tune up in the spring.
Replaced zone actuator on hot water boiler zone number three. Tested operation from thermostat. Selected high temperature for boiler to 180° from 160°. This will make the baseboard radiators get hotter faster.
End switch not closing on zone 3 common area. While thermostat is calling. Need to replace Honeywell hot water zone actuator valve.
