Honest, on time, and Great service.

We have been using Comfort Central for a few years now and have had excellent service with Tech. Alex. He is kind, polite, and courteous, calls before he arrives, and he knows the HVAC systems. When finished, we cannot even tell he was here. Super clean and neat. The company overall is well managed and accommodating to meet our time frames and needs. We highly recommend Comfort Central and Alex to anyone who mentions HVAC. Thank you for your great service to all at Comfort Central. Peter.

Excellent Service

First off the technician notified me that he was going to be a little early. I always appreciate when the provided service notifies me when they will be either late or early. Also, I really appreciated that he was early. He was also very thorough and explained everything to me. Very professional. Wonderful experience overall in a day where customer service is suffering.
