Performed heating maintenance tune up service on dual fuel system and heat pump system checking all electrical components, refrigerant balance, unit start up, light off, operation, defrost, shutdown. Cleaning of furnace burners, flame sensor, drains on both systems. Everything looks and runs great!

Performed spring maintenance Outdoor compressor is pulling 7 amps Outdoor fan is pulling 1.3 amps Indoor blower is pulling 1 amp System has a 22 degree temperature difference. Superheat is 10 and subcool is 11 Cleaned indoor and outdoor coils Cleared condensate trap. Replaced filter Tested zone dampers, all dampers are working correctly. System is in perfect working condition.

Performed manufacturers warranty service
Performed heating tune up maintenance and adjusted airflow balance for zoned system to maintain .5 static pressure on system. Everything running within manufacturer specs showed a 44° temperature rise in second stage heat. No recommended additional changes at this time.
Compressor making weird noise when switching between stages. Called Bosch to troubleshoot. Bosch is now requesting photos, video, and information on the unit to send off to quality control.
