Dealing with insurance companies is a frustrating experience as they delay decisions, deny claims, and delay payments as long as possible. As an intermediary with my insurance company, Stephen was able to obtain a quick settlement for an amount exceeding my expectations. Dealing with them directly, I was denied approval on a roof claim repeatedly, although independent inspectors claimed damage was due to hail and coverage by my insurance was sure to be approved.
